Playing with Paints

Hi, its great to see you.  As some of you may know am taking a month out from my other blog so I can  concentrate on my artwork and am having so much fun.

I knew a Woman, lovely in her Bones,
When small birds sighed, she would sigh back at them;
Of her choice virtues only gods should speak.

(taken in part from the verses of  Theodore Roethke)

This was painted in my Art Book with Acrylics.  It was originally drawn by Leondardo da Vinci which is in The Art of  Florentine Drawings book.  Using it as a base idea and then adding my own interpretation.

Again turned it into a street painting.............

This illustration was originally from the book, Fashion Illustration.  Painted in Acrylics on a Canvas Pad.

Ladies in the Park
The lady's expression on the left amuses me as she allows this woman to smell her flower........

Yep again I had some fun...............

These are my offerings for Paint Party Friday where artists from all over the world come together to show their works, some of us are newbees and others are professional artists, so its a great party to go to and everyone is welcome.

Start back to Art Classes on Friday morning and looking forward to a challenging and fun term.  Will be catching up with you all very shortly.  Enjoy the weekend and take care of yourselves, hugs Annette xx
