This is a box canvas measuring 8 x 8 inches and painted in Acrylics |
Have taken Week One of the Strathmore free workshop, where the artist encourages us to paint in Abstract Form. The artist had painted a cow, well have never drawn a cow before and don't suppose I ever will again......lol Am not sure if I really understand abstract and the painting below proves it.
It sorta looks a bit like a Cow..............lol |
Am bringing these bits and pieces to Paint Party Friday. Thank you for visiting me and all your terrific support on my Art Adventures. Take care of yourselves and will be seeing you soon. Hugs Annette xx
PS. Have just found out my email account has been hacked, so if you receive weird messages from this account please pop it into Spam. Am trying to sort it out. Sorry about this xxx

I had to laugh out loud over your comment about your cow - you better believe your abstract cow looks like he can mooo! Last but not least - I know that lady -- and I absolutely believe you made her believable and captured her personality!!!! I love visiting you - you give me strength to carry on - isn't that a song?
Sandy

What a gorgeous painting of the spirit of rain. Lovely colors. The cow looks rather sedate in her abstract setting -- the contented cow of art. Love your lady in the journal. Thanks for inspiring us!
Just beautiful! Love the rain! Kim

I love your paintings, especially your rainy one. I love the vibrant colors. Thanks for sharing the link, new techniques are always fun to see! hppf!
The rainy day is absolutely wonderful. I love it. The cow, yep it looks like a cow. . .not too abstract, but keep at it, you are close. The FB lady is wonderful, I would love to be able to use less lines (as you did) and have it come out so beautifully. I haven't mastered that yet. Blessings, Janet
I love the rainy one, it is so fun. Happy PPF.
