Thank you for taking the time to visit me, I really appreciate it. We hope to visit a Steam Fair this weekend if the weather stays OK, its a great place for picking up old rusty and wood bits, just have to sneak them away so OH doesn't spot them as he says I have enough old junk, don't think he means himself.........ooooh naughty naughty............. Have a great Bank Holiday Weekend whatever you are doing and take care of yourselves, hugs Annette xx

I am speechless!! what an awesome painting the first one here!! =) woooow!! I nearly thought it was Klimt himself :)) that had painted it..
Magritte.. haha! I do remember I had some wallpapers of art he had painted.. the one man dressed in black I believe..with a black hat.. he was facing the mirror.. but did his face show up in the mirror?? no, his back and the neck.. I found it scary sometimes to watch that wall paper.. haha! =)
You're work is fantastic! keep it up! =)
I love that first woman in all her turquoise finery! All old, that one just stole my heart! Glad you enjoyed your time away!!

I love the original 'judith' and yours is fabulous, it is such fun to paint in the style of famous artists especially when you bring something new and vibrant to it! I did a post a few months ago on painting klimt style women http://moragrainbow.blogspot.co.uk/2013/03/collage-klimt-style.html

I do love that you are trying out all the styles of different artists... it reminds me of a tv show a few years ago that was done by a famous forger with him teaching people to paint in the style... wish I could remember the name as I think you would love it...xx

Fabulous painting and love the drawing too, so pretty and love the red touches!
So interesting and so beautifully done. The Klimt piece is perfect - and I expect you know that her was a great friend of Schiele's, which accounts for some of the unusual head positions in some of his paintings. Funny how things link up.
The Magritte tribute is so surreal and appropriate for Magritte - I went to a fantastic Magritte exhibition at the Tate Liverpool two years ago and a course based on his work - he's one of my favourite artists. I love all your work.
these are amazing! The faces are truly captivating. Enjoy your weekend
Wow your "klimt" inspired painting is absolutely gorgeous...Love the dark colors with the golden! ♥ Conny
