I think it is Abstractish...... painted with the Macmillan Nurses in mind who do such a wonderful job supporting Cancer patients. Have personally experienced this twice in my life and have many friends who are undergoing Cancer treatments.
For Paint Party Friday am showing a canvas board painted in Acrylics. Its called the Poetry of Flowers.

At the moment am working on a large oblong canvas using a similar design to the above and colours, but in a different formation. Will show you when am nearer completion............
Have a great week and weekend, am off to Lou Lou's Vintage Fair in Bedford on Sunday with my youngest daughter and friend, followed up by a visit to a Themed Bar/Restaurant, Laurel and Hardy, supposed to have a sun terrace.........so hope it is dry and sunny......

I love how the tree sprouts from the parting in her hair. And the vibrancy of that painting - wow! Have a lovely vintage Sunday :-)
The sheltering tree is wonderful - and a great celebration of a truly wonderful organisation.

Both lovely pieces. Macmillan nurses are wonderful, they sat for nights when my daughter was at the end of her life last year so that her family could get some much needed sleep. So the card is very appropriate.
I love your Poetry of Flowers piece, it seems to ask for a little poem to be written.

Hi Netty I am glad to be back. I so love your flowers. I too have friends going through cancer treatment. Bright beautiful art helps them. I know it did for my dear sister, now gone. Bringing joy and happiness with your bright lovely flowers.

Fantastic painting Netty! I love how the leaves of the sheltering tree were carried down across her shoulders. And the flower canvas really pops with those heavy colors!
