Hi, just another 11 days to go and we can say our final goodbyes. In the meantime have finished at long last a large canvas for a member of the family, its a birthday present. Cannot think of a title for it so any suggestions would be most helpful.

Also have finished two Journal Pages, this one is especially for me
and the next one is painted in the style of Rene' Magritte - hopefully
Thank you for visiting me and for all your wonderful support, hugs Annette xx

oh these are super journal pages hun you are so clever, those faces are amazing, hugs Cherylxxxx
All are wonderful, but your angel painting is jewel-like, and looks like a marvellous stained glass painting. I can feel your inspiration for the piece, and I am sure it will always comfort you when you look at it.
Yes, Magritte would probably be annoyed if he saw it that he didn't think of it first. We saw a wonderful Magritte exhibition a couple of years ago. I like this series.
And for the lovely peaceful first painting, what jumped into my mind when I saw it was "Wise Counsel". Perhaps that is way off the mark though.
I'll be thinking of you in these next few days.
Wonderful work...so sorry to hear about your mom....be strong, my thoughts are with you.
Your painting is gorgeous, sorry I can't help with a name. Love the journal pages too, especially the one just for you.
HI kindred..these are all amazing gems..so beautiful and full of awesome soul and spirit! the first one with the birds feels very powerful..and symbolic..feels like a prayer or message about to be sent onward..or a gift being received from the three birds...the colors are so decadent and rich..stunning!It also seems like she is standing inside of a heart-shaped space?lovely!
Love the angel...be not afraid..very special, makes me think of a song with that title! Very touching!
and the final one about dreams..is pure magic!
HUgs and prayers to you sweet friend!

Amazing talent! Very accomplished Netty. Love your work.
very beautiful painting...not sure about a name, maybe something with nature goddess.
Three very different paintings. And I love them all for very different reasons, they are beautifully painted and from the heart. I admire your imagination.
such wonderful pieces of art, I'm so sorry to hear that your Mum has passed away, such a sad time for you and the rest of the family,
hugs xx
Pretty lady, pretty lady what do you see? I see three red birds looking at me. How very lucky the recipient will be.
Your angel is beautiful - a creation coming from a brilliant and beautiful soul - words to cherish.
Whenever I look at the tragedy throughout the word I know we do not live in a dream. But I know for sure, a dream lives in me.
Peace and Grace sweet friend -
Sandy xx
Love all your new work, Netty, especially the angel. So gorgeous. Thinking of you in this time of sorrow.

The first has such a sense of mystery with the three listening birds, a beautiful painting indeed.
In the next one, you have created such a gentle angel, with lovely soft wings.
Your third is so inventive with lovely delicate colours and cleverly patterned leaves.
I did enjoy looking at these three.
An intense canvas Netty...I would call it: share love, share life.
The pages are nice, with a preference for the second one...great quote!
Kind regards, Alie :-)
Beautiful paintings Netty and I love your journal pages. I'm sure your art is helping you get through these difficult days.

My goodness you have been busy! Such beautiful artworks! I love the girls hair and the three birds, so lovely. Your journal pages are also beautiful!
It's a beautiful canvas, Annette, with such a stunning depth of colour to the sky, and a beautiful serenity in her expression. There's a lovely fairy tale where thanks to the gossip of birds, a lost queen is rescued. It's called The Bird of Truth (and that should be a link to it) - that's what came to my mind. That, or Chaucer's poem The Parliament of Fowls!
The pages are so powerful - I hope the one just for you gives you strength to get through this awful waiting time. Am thinking of you with love.

such beautiful painting, I think I would call it " and she spoke with the birds". lol,
I know you have had a hard time and please know I keep you in my thoughts, losing our Mum's is so very very shattering,

Netty, I am so, so sorry to learn of the passing of your dear Mum! I have not been very active with the passing of my brother and things going on in the house, so did not know! My thoughts and prayers and love are with you and your family! She had a wonderful life filled with love and a beautiful family! Your canvas is gorgeous and will be so loved. Hugs my friend!

Annette, these are all wonderful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi Annette! I am so sorry to just now read the news about your mom. My thoughts and prayers will be put up for you and your family.
All of your paintings are wonderful. As for the first one, what came to mind for me was "She Who Knows". Don't know why. The lucky family recipient will certainly enjoy her presence. She is so peaceful. Hugs
Hello there Annette, I am so sorry to hear of your long wait for your Mum's farewell.
Your paintings are wonderful, fabulous canvas with beautiful colours as for a name that is hard. I think it should be about how you felt whilst you were painting and also about who it's for, sorry I can't be of much help there :D Hugs Gay x
